Ken Chu joined nTrust in 2024 as Account Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in IT sales and marketing. Originally from Hong Kong, he relocated to the UK in 2021 and is a graduate of the University of Hull with an honours degree in Marketing and Management. He also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, CompTIA Fundamentals+, and ITIL Foundations. Ken leads our Copilot AI business development and training, working closely with clients to unlock the full productivity potential of AI. His focus is on simplifying daily tasks, streamlining operations, and enabling smarter, faster decision-making through secure and strategic AI adoption. With a consultative approach, Ken takes the time to understand each client’s needs and objectives, offering tailored IT and AI solutions that enhance performance, improve security, and deliver real business value.
